Life coaching gives you the opportunity to take a step back and redesign the way you live your life. 

 

For the last 20 years I have studied the way we make sense of the world, what drives us, why we think and behave the way we do and why we repeat patterns even when we know  they are not good for us.  Our inner drives, thoughts and feelings impact us across our life and will impact our relationships, career, health, and businesses. I searched out leaders in Neuro Linguistic Programming (Ian McDermot, Steve Linder), Human needs psychology (Tony Robbins) and Strategic Intervention coaching (Tony Robbins and Chloe Madanes) to learn quick and effective ways to support clients in making lasting change in their lives. As well as one on one coaching I work with groups and have been a senior leader at Tony Robbins events. 

I work with clients to help them understand their needs and values, what drives their thoughts and actions, shift unhelpful beliefs, create new empowering meanings, reconnect with their resourceful self and create a compelling vision for the future.

The most valuable, powerful and amazing asset we own, is our mind, yet we are given little instruction on how to use it and invest little in learning more.
