Leadership coaching gives you a safe confidential space to explore your growth as a leader and successfully navigate your challenges.  
 
Over 10 years ago I qualified with Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) as an advanced executive coach, since then I have been working with clients to help them explore their leadership style, successfully transition to larger roles, overcome challenges and lead through change.
 
Alongside my coaching practice,  I continue to work in financial services in the UK with 25 years experience. I am unable to take on clients who work for firms regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or Prudential Regulatory Authority.
